Pamela Hollick is Associate General Counsel State Public Policy for Level 3 Communications. She is responsible for legislative and regulatory matters for thirteen states across the United States. Ms. Hollick advocates before various governmental bodies to create a regulatory environment that fosters competition and is conducive to achieving the company’s business objectives.
Ms. Hollick has extensive legal and regulatory experience in the telecommunications industry. Before joining Level 3, Ms. Hollick served in a similar position at tw telecom for 14 years and before that she was an attorney in private practice for seven years focusing initially on general litigation and then developing a specialty in telecom issues, developing and managing a telecommunications practice group. In recent years, she has served as a witness in regulatory proceedings, given speeches on various telecommunications topics, including pole attachments and IP interconnection, and serves in leadership roles in universal service industry task forces and committees.
Ms. Hollick received a Judicial Doctorate degree from Indiana University School of Law in 1993, graduating Cum Laude, where she was a member of National Moot Court Team and Order of the Barristers. She received her BA from Purdue University, graduating With Highest Distinction, receiving recognition from the Phi Beta Kappa National Honor Society, Phi Beta Phi National Honor Society, and the Golden Key National Honor Society.
She lives in Indianapolis, Indiana, with her two young sons and her husband.
